WorkPac Health & Social Care have an exciting permanent opportunity that we are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse. Our client is located on a beautiful remote Island in Central Queensland.

About the Role

As the Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for ensuring that you are providing quality and clinical care to all visitors and staff on the Island. You will be required to complete but not limited to:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the Medical Clinic
• Attending to all staff and visitors Medically when required
• Ensuring keeping up to date with documentation
• Ordering of medical supplies when require

To be successful you will need hold the following:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Medical Practice setting
• Emergency experience
• Wound Care & dressing experience
• Knowledge of Medications
• Flexibility as you will be required to leave the island when required
• Can do attitude
• Current BLS
• Current National Police Clearance
• Ability to work un-supervised
